THREE MONTH WARRANTY

The majority of Belfast PC Clinic’s services carry a three month warranty on components only. This means if there is a recurrence of a similar problem with the component we had replaced or any fault which is connected to the service previously provided, that we can then attempt an additional replacement at no extra cost.

Hard Disk Drives are not covered by the NO FIX – NO FEE policy as catastrophic failure is common. We will use our best endeavours to help in these situations but will charge a nominal fee of £10 for inspection of the drive. Even if the resulting data recovery was not successful.

HOME VISIT

A home visit can be arranged for any office service – our time will be charged at £40/hour, minimum charge £40. All home visits are based on a distance less than 5 miles from our office. If you live further away the cost will be higher due to fuel used and time taken to get to you. If so, let us know and we can tell you how much it will cost.

If you book an In-Home service appointment we will need the following at the time of appointment:
1. A adult (over 18 yrs of age) who has a basic knowledge of the service required or any problems encountered must be present;
2. Reasonable access to the area and equipment being serviced and the electricity mains, plus light and power;

Whilst Belfast PC Clinic will use reasonable amounts of skill and care to resolve problems you have referred to us, you accept that we may not be able to correct your problem due to circumstances beyond our control. For any broadband services, you must have already ordered a broadband connection from an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and have been informed that it has been provided. We will need the username and password details from your ISP to set-up the service for you. If these details are not available for an “at your home” visit, additional charges may apply.
